We also store beauty profile preferences and consent choices in browser storage.

- Supabase: Database hosting and authentication (data stored securely with row-level security)

- Skimlinks: Affiliate link processing and outbound retailer click attribution when enabled and permitted by your consent choice
- Product Data Sources: Open Beauty Facts, Go-UPC, and ScrapingBee may be queried by our systems to retrieve product, barcode, ingredient, and retailer data

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, including:
- Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
- Row-level security (RLS) on all user-specific database tables
- Secure authentication via Supabase Auth with hashed passwords
- Environment variable isolation for API keys and secrets
